Techie started in 2010.  Offering computer support in both homes and small businesses, offering help to people who are technically knowedgable or for people who are new to computing.

Techie is run by one individual who has 10 years experience in IT behind him.  Currently holding a HND in Computing and worked on a number certifications including Blackberry and CCNA combining with working in IT support in both retail and large businesses, can help in many situations.

Techie works by working at the customers home or business onsite.  This way the customer does not need to worry about removing the computer and reinstalling it.  By working onsite it gives the customer a chance to see what work is being performed on their machine too.

During the service, Techie will try and explain things on the same level as your technical experience, wether you are new computing or have more expertiese in computing, Techie will take the time to explain things so at the end you feel you understood what caused a fault and how it was repaired or what went on during the service call.
